Registration
1. You must pre-register to participate in the Greenhouse Gallery Fine Art Auctions. Registration closes Saturday, September 27, 2008 at 5:00 pm (CST)
Auctions
2. Auctions will begin Saturday, September 20, 2008 at 10:00 am (CST)
3. The starting bid will be $40,000.00 (USD) for each painting.
4. Bids will be placed in increments of $500.00 (USD).
5. Auctions will end Sunday, September 28, 2008 at 8:00 pm (CST)
6. Bids placed within the last 15 minutes of the auction will extend the auction duration for an additional 15 minutes after each bid.
Bidding
7. All bids must be placed online through the Greenhouse Gallery of Fine Art auction portal. There will be no bids accepted through any other means.
8. All bids constitute intent to purchase. The winning bidder(s) is/are committed to purchasing the painting(s) and will be responsible for all shipping costs and applicable taxes (Texas Residents will be charged 8.125% state sales tax).
9. There will be NO bid retractions.
10. Bidder identity will not be disclosed for the duration of the auction. Auction Bid History will only list the participants' six-digit numeric UserID.
11. All sales are final. There will be no returns or refunds offered.
12. Payment in full must be received within 5 days of auction closing. There will be no payment plans available.
13. The winning bid amounts for each painting will be posted at www.GreenhouseGallery.com on Tuesday, September 30 at 12:00 noon. (CST)
